Be a subject matter expert in 2 out of 3.

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator/Expert
• Be the “go-to” person for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office 365 and all associated products and services
• Ensuring the operational health of the Microsoft 365 environment including security, availability, maintenance, performance, interoperability, and reliability
• Assist in the administration and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange, Teams, OneDrive
• Maintenance of SharePoint sites and sub-sites, lists, libraries, and content
• Hyper v Management (Server), Back up management & storage management
• Network Administrator & DHCP, DNS, AD, DC, DNS Management

Common

• Installing and maintaining their respective operating environments and domain
• Providing training and support to HelpDesk and endpoint team members
• Updating their respective operating environments and domain software and hardware where necessary
• Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response
• Liaise with other support teams to address the internal support team’s issues as well as share and adopt best practices being followed
• Support and execute proactively improvements by assessing past problems and current weaknesses in the existing system and/or application architecture.
• Define, document, and implement strategy, direction, and architectures for respective operating environments and domain
• Be involved in applying formal change management, incident management, and problem management process.
• 24×7 on-call support for a major incident
