We are looking for a high calibre technology leader with 18-22 years of leadership experience in the managing IT service deliveries in Airlines/Aviation Industry, preferably in US or European Markets.
Must have managed Manage a P &L of USD 50+ Million.
Must have managed 750+ resources.
In addition, this role will require:
Experience in Managing large global accounts in the Travel, Tourism and Hospitality (TTH) domain.
predominantly in USA.
Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounts including software development, maintenance and support.
Manage system implementations.
Manage staff augmenting.
Driving automation, process improvement and cost saving initiatives
Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.
Demonstrated project, technology and budget management skills.
Managing global customers and international experience is essential.
Experience in working with CXO’s.
