CoWrks India Private limited Looking for IT Systems Engineer at New Delhi, Delhi Full Time

· Monitor and managing IT Infrastructure on a regular basis – performing daily health check of printersCCTVACSAV devices and network connectivity.

· Configuration of new systems as per the organisation policy – Windows and MAC.

· Providing fist level of support to IT incidents for printers/CCTV/ACS/AV devices and network connectivity issues.

· Good technical knowledge and experience on managing client Operating system services – Windows and MAC.

· Able to resolve all system related issues on client Operating system – Windows and MAC e.g DNS resolution, DHCP, Print issues etc.

· Proactively addressing IT tickets and providing resolution within SLA.

· Maintaining and proactively updating IT asset inventory.

· Performing maintenance activity for EpabxCCTVACS and data backup.

· Co ordinating with vendors for any issues related to IT hardware and software.

· Co ordinating with vendors for any new setup installation.

· Supporting internalexternal events and assisting in AV setup.

· Building a decent rapport with members and cross functional teams.

· Decent communication and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
