Head IT
Responsible for managing the IT support team and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role includes managing server management, user application support, and Navision dynamic support, as well as developing and executing digital marketing technical strategy roadmaps.
Key responsibilities for the Manager of IT Support may include:
Manage the IT support team, including hiring, training, and developing staff, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team’s success.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of the organization’s servers and other IT infrastructure, including ensuring uptime, availability, and security.
Provide user application support to internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, training users, and ensuring the effective use of IT systems and tools.
Manage the organization’s Navision dynamic system, including providing technical support and ensuring the effective use of the system.
Develop and execute digital marketing technical strategy roadmaps, working closely with the marketing team to align technical capabilities with marketing objectives.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of IT services and support.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure effective IT governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes and outcomes.
Prepare and present reports on IT operations and performance to senior management on a regular basis.
Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
