Looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company’s hiring needs. As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Write and proofread job descriptions.
• Evaluate which sources bring best candidates.
• Identify key recruiting KPIs.
• Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
• Interview candidates following company’s rules and regulations.
• Adhere to laws, rules and regulations.
• Adhere to personal data privacy regulations.
• Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
• Organise Weekend drive.
• Mass hiring and uploading Job Descriptions on various job portals to attract right candidate.
• ground verification of candidates, salary negotiations, Onboarding and Offboarding of candidates.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Atleast 2 years of experience as IT Recruiter or similar HR role
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
• Some understanding of basic marketing strategies
• Thinker and problem-solving skills
• Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities.
