Tech lead/Solution Architect:
Required Skills :–

• Strong expertise in software development, solutions architecture, or architect roles
• Experience in designing, developing, and architecting enterprise data systems
• Experience implementing large analytic warehouses
• Close to years with distributed data management, data storage including databases (Relational, NoSQL), data analysis, data processing, data transformation, high availability, and scalability
• Experience designing and building Data Platforms integrating disparate data sources
• High proficiency in Python, expert in creating and analyzing complex SQL queries and procedures
• Expertise in CI/CD Data Pipelines, Database Architecture, ETL, SQL
• Expertise working on AWS, Linux/UNIX environments
• 5+ years driving big data initiatives and navigating complex data challenges.
• Has a strong understanding of the big data landscape
• 5+ years as a big data specialist working in and with data lakes, data warehouses, streaming platforms, and cloud platforms
• 2+ years in data mining, machine learning, and data science
• Experience in financial, Capital markets/Asset management or other regulated domain is a plus
• Experience in transformational initiatives, re-imagining on-prem data footprint (tech, data) to the cloud (ADF, Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Background in cloud consulting would be an add-on

Roles & Responsibilities :–

Interact with prospective clients to understand the requirement, technical challenges

Work on proposal building, designing solution architectures

Use consultative approach to provide solution, architecture/ framework driven solutions

Managing client representatives through effective communication and identifying & resolving the bottlenecks for data pipeline development, maintaining logs and use the same in implementing changes/improvements in the process.

Leading the design, development and implementation of processes to extract, transform and load data from disparate sources, reviewing deliverables to ensure high quality

Assist the team to standardize processes, tools, methods, procedures as directed (Ex: Improving the data quality standards and best practices)

Leading translation of requirements, design and solution architecture deliverables into detailed design specifications

Evaluating and resolving issues regarding data quality reviews, cleansing, data integration and migration, leveraging advanced technical knowledge and showing technical leadership in aspects of data engineering while driving continuous improvement efforts

Providing advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current data engineering processes.

Driving adherence to the relevant data engineering and data modeling processes, procedures, standards, and may input into the definition, maintenance and implementation of development standards
