What you’ll do
You will report to Sr Manager-Managed Services to contribute toward providing 2nd level technical support of CSG products to post production customers by resolving technical issues with customers and meeting SLA requirements.
Provide Level 2 Support to customers by resolving technical issues.
You will handle of all customer issues including troubleshooting and providing feedback to the customer.
You will escalate opportunities and/or issues according to established procedures
You will support customers per the details contained in the customer maintenance and support contracts
You will work in different business times and be on-call 24/7
You should have

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology; Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
5 years of work experience in IT industry or related fields
Experience with ensuring compliance with SLAs and OLAs
Experience with delivering product installations according to internal procedures
Experience in driving process improvement efforts to meet SLAs and expected levels of service to internal and external stakeholders.
