The position handles IT Service Delivery Management around Domestic & International
Customers , by blending the best practices pertaining to – People, Tools & Technology, Process.
Resource to exhibit proven track record experience in Management of large Managed Services Contracts (1 Million USD & Above ).
Role expected to bring high business growth momentum by leveraging the existing customers and work closely enable with the Sales arm team in for acquiring new Domestic & International Managed Services business.
Main Responsibilities:
Strong know how of all delivery experience & process knowledge under IT Service
Management lifecycle
Proven ability to translate the Service Level Agreement & Technical Proposals into a Service Delivery document capturing all vital parameters.
Besides the operation management acumen, to possess good technology understanding & knowledge in order to handhold technical delivery and actively contribute during appropriate discussions.
With strong knowledge around IT Service Management, should be able to smoothly on-board customers (domestic & international) and stabilize / sustain support to provide rich delivery experience by adapting best delivery practices.
Build and upkeep strong technology delivery pool to cater for engagements around domestic and international front.
Grow the Value chain business around Existing customers and also enable to acquire New Logos (Domestic & International) coming with needed GTMs suitable to each Geo.
Ability & inclination to understand the RFP requirements and provide appropriate / desired support to Presales / Architect Team in terms of Delivery Approach/ Sizing based on the Scope necessity.
Leverage the support of various stakeholders and periodically transform the Conventional Service delivery into Nextgen Delivery (by way of adapting Continual Service Improvement, Value propositions, Automations etc)
Evolve continual improvements around People, Process, Technology to bring in ongoing maturity enhancement around Delivery Engagements with customers.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure that new vendors and/or partners are sourced that will align with service models agreed in line with client requirements.
Establish positive relationships with the client stakeholders and engage with them on a regular basis.
Requirements
15+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery with proven capabilities around Technology Project Implementation and Delivery Management.
Resource to exhibit Technology hands on exposure during the Initial part of career .
Accompanied by Delivery Management experience resource to possess good techno commercial capabilities with the acumen of Account
Penetration and leverage for upsell & cross initiatives .
Trainings and Certifications:
Certification in ITIL preferred
Technology Certification : Microsoft / Cloud / RHCE / Virtualization / Networking / Security) Preferred
