What will your role be?

• You are the person who will look after the Completeness, Correctness and Compliance (*) of our CMDB, based on the BMC solution in SAAS .
• You will work with our CMDB team and will be integrated in all of our ITAM activities: CMDB, Asset management and Software management.
• At middle term, you may also support our Discovery managers in their activities (Maintaining scanners, Upgrading OS, TKU, EDP, Pattern development,..)
• You are force of proposal to find the best solutions adapted to our environments.

The Challenges Ahead:

• Manage foundation data (Company, Site, people, groups …)
• Apply modification on all catalogs (product, supplier, commercial)
• Ensure jobs (normalization, reconciliation…) are working well
• Manage permissions
• Follow Data quality (Completeness / Correctness / Compliance)
• Answer modeling and catalogs requests
• Administrate ETL configurations
• Create reporting package for the administration, monitoring and alerting of the solution (quality, failure, …)

Your Key success factors:

• Looking for 3-5 Years of experience in BMC Software
• Education in BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech preferably from CS/ENTC background
• Expertise in CMDB concepts and knowing best practices on BMC solution
• You are able to conceptualize and use ETL tools (Spoon Pentaho)
• You are autonomous and can challenge BMC support
