Job Title: IT Sales Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B IT Software Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development, the ability to understand client requirements, create proposals, and engage in cold calling. You will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives for our IT software development company.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in the B2B IT software development market.
Understand client requirements by engaging in in-depth consultations, effectively identifying their needs and challenges.
Develop customized proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition of our software development services to potential clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase the capabilities of our software solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring that all client needs are met, and expectations are exceeded.
Collaborate with the software development team to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT software development industry.
Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements, create proposals, and engage in cold calling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
Goal-oriented and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
