Work with Global CAD/CAM & PLM support team to provide technical guidance and troubleshoot the operational challenges for PLM tools (3DX, Vault, AEM)
Collaborate with Software, Hardware and System Performance Engineering teams to solve critical software production issues.
Develop training documentation, KB articles and mentor other team members
Have the ability to resolve critical incidents/problems and fluently applies for escalation
Own and drive Root Case Analysis (RCA) on complex system issues
Support to CAD engineers for PLM activities on 3DX and troubleshooting all 3DX related issues (L1/L2)
Attending end users via service now ticketing system.
Responsible to manage AEM GDAS activities.
Tracking any unusual activities across Global VT team
Candidate must be ready to support in shift timings.
