We are looking for an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment at Cochin office.

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

• Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Advertise job openings on job portal, social media, and internally

• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire * Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs * Proven work experience as an HR IT Recruiter or similar at least for 1 year.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
