The detailed Job Description is given below.

MCSE certification Compulsory

1) Installation and configuration of IT types of equipment.

a) Configuration of Desktops, & Laptops.

b) Configuration of Printers, Scanners & Cameras.

2) Carrying out Preventive maintenance

a) Shifting of IT equipment based on request and coordination with respective teams

b) Preventive maintenance for Desktops (Maintaining Records for all Desktops.)

3) Handling hardware-related breakdown calls

a) Desktops & Laptops

b) Printers & Scanners

4) Handling software-related breakdown calls.

a) New installation & configuration (PS, CDR, Zbrush, rhino and others)

b) Upgrading of any Software.

c) Troubleshooting.

5) Maintenance of daily checklist related to IT infrastructure

a) Server Health check, troubleshooting and restoration

b) VM testing and backup

c) Creation of VM and configuration

6) Vendor Co-Ordination & Service Calls.

7) Carrying out preventive maintenance for desktops & inventory maintenance.

8) Maintaining all machines in AD and configuring if any found in Network (Proper Explanation required if not in AD).

9) MS Office Licensing, other software license procurement, renewal, and implementation

10) Outdoor meetings support and recordings.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
