Job Description

• FTP, Active Directory, DNS & Monitoring Users systems using Monitoring tools.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications hosted on Windows Server 2000/2003/2008.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications running on Microsoft Terminal Services.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
• Optimize Desktops and Laptops using Remote tools.
• IT Inventory and Assets Management for maintain company database.
• Remote Support for Remote users using different Location.
• System supports.
• Can deal with US, UK client for any related requirement for server and database management.
• WordPress and PHP knowledge will be preferred.

Requirements

• Operating System:– Windows XP/Vista/Seven/Me, Windows NT Workstation & Server, Windows 2000 Professional & Server, Windows 2003 Server, Basic Linux (All versions).
• Software:- Windows Terminal Server, MS Proxy Server, McAfee, Quick Heal,Virtual PC, Sonic wall Firewall, Symantec antivirus server/client.
• Networks/Protocol:- LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, POP3, SMTP, FTP, VPN, Ethernet.
• Remote Tools :- Ammy Admin , Team viewer , Radmin , LMI , Windows Remote Assistance , GotoAssist . MSTSC.
• Good Communication Skills
• Min 1-2 years of experience
