Role Overview:
1. The L2 Production support technician would need to have at least 2years of experience.
2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in fixing production defects / incidents.
3. Provide operation and production support for the applications developed.

5. Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of MDM solutions.
6. Develop and update technical documentation.
7. Should adopt to new emerging technologies and switch to work in the different environment.
8. Strong teamwork, collaborate and work with existing team and complete the tasks on time.
9. Should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.

1) Java Support (production support/application support) rotational shift timings
4 to 7 years,
Good Basics in Java applications,
Good in Unix commands,
Good in any database queries handling
Good to have knowledge in ticket tools/incident handling of customer queries,
Good comm skills
Required Skills:
1. Experience working with MDM 11.4 and IBM Stewardship Center.
2. Sound understanding of master data management concepts.
3. Sound understanding of data modeling, data quality and data profiling.
4. Required knowledge and prior experience working with IBM Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
5. Required minimum of 2 years professional experience using Java-based languages or tools.
6. Strong work experience in Relational Databases and Good understanding of Database Concepts.
7. Good communication skills, positive attitude, team player.
8. Expertise in Telecom, Banking, Insurance and financial service.
9. Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification will be an advantage.
10. Expert Java, JEE development background with RSA/ RAD, WebSphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL.
11. Soundknowledge of SQL, Joins, Triggers.
12. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint, and understanding of ITIL concepts and Agile methodology
13. Flexible to work in rotationalshifts.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring support service levels are maintained
2. Ensuring acknowledgement & resolution SLAs are met for Production defects
3. Participating Incident Management Tele-Conference Bridges for Critical & High impacted incidents
4. Performing cross impact analysis for both Incident & Release Management process
5. Enabling more proactive monitoring alarms for prevention control
6. Reducing reactive incidents and maintaining good control of infrastructure
7. Communicating periodic Incident Notification updates to required stakeholders along with the progress till closure
8. Ensuring RCAs done for Critical & High impacted incidents
9. Participating WAR room sessions for identifying unknown cause of an incident
10. Collaborating with cross functional team including neighboring systems (Up Streams / Down Streams) for application releases
11. Deploying & facilitating project deployments, normalization and maintenance fixes
12. Providing E2E DVT support for major releases
13. Building strong working relationships within technology team as well as neighboring / cross functional systems (both offshore and onshore)
14. Building knowledge artefacts and knowledge database for quick reference
