This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Transformation to join the Global IT CITO team who are accountable for the infrastructure platform (Cloud, Dyson owned data centres, networks), architecture, data capabilities, and automation for Dyson Group.

In This Role You Will

• Develop, manage, monitor and implement the group’s transformation strategy in line with organisational values, objectives and priorities
• Create and embed a prioritisation approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools, capabilities and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities
• Create and support an environment of innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and members
• Problem solves with the needs of the end customer in consideration at all times, ensuring solutions deliver and enhance their experience
• Benchmark skills and identifies best practice and knowledge of the information technology landscape of organisations with experience of bringing together IT & OT
• Build relationships with approved vendors and with software suppliers of information technology services to ensure effective delivery of technologies/systems/services
• Develop programmes to implement transformational change which will enable the organisation to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user-centred
• Program manage the overall transformation implementation plan to ensure all technology solutions are project managed effectively, are delivered on time and within cost. Supports Team members to ensure they identify risks, contingency plans and engage with stakeholders for effective collaboration
• Establish and maintain the investment and spend associated with technology transformation and its adoption

Experience We Are Looking For

• 15+ years of experience of working at Senior Manager/Head of level in a large complex organisation leading on digital and information technology services throughout a business value chain (PDM, PLM, MES, Supply Chain mgmt. etc)
• Experience of designing, owning and evaluating organisational transformations and delivering large scale change that add value from the connectivity layer through to the visualisation layer
• Preferable to have experience of working across product design & development, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and sales
• Deep knowledge of the digital/IT/OT technology landscape of organisations and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation practices to an organisation to drive sustainable improvements in business performance
• Strategic thinking and passion for information technology with a deep appreciation of the value and opportunities in data, digital, and connecting IT with OT – experience in creating, managing, analysing or using complex technology capabilities, networks, infrastructure (on-prem & multi cloud) , and data to make business decisions
• Proven experience of providing strategic and technical leadership to large complex organisations
• You’ll have a recognised programme management qualification, experience of robustly managing large budgets and have built processes and people teams to deliver change and transformation for the future, and promoting the Agile SDLC techniques to improve solution quality, allow for flexibility, and discover new growth possibilities
