Designation: – HR Executive
Location:- Chennai Location
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Require: Minimum 10 Years
Salary: – As Per Company Standard
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and On boarding:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and participating in the selection process.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other on boarding documents.
Facilitate new employee orientations and ensure a smooth on boarding experience.
2. HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Manage personnel files, benefits enrollment, and leave records.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports, presentations, and documents.
3. Employee Relations:
Support employee relations initiatives, addressing questions, concerns, and requests from employees.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building events.
4. Performance Management:
Assist in the performance appraisal process, including data collection, scheduling reviews, and maintaining performance records.
Collaborate with managers to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.
5. Policy and Procedure Implementation:
Help develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
6. Training and Development:
Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops for employees skill development.
Maintain training records and assist with the evaluation of training effectiveness.
7. Benefits Administration:
Support benefits enrollment, changes, and queries related to health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
Liaise with benefits providers and ensure accurate records are maintained.
8. Exit Processes:
Coordinate the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and handling exit paperwork.
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate final settlements.
9. Data Analysis and Reporting:–
Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports on key metrics, trends, and insights.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Prior experience (X+ years) in HR administration or an assistant-level HR role is advantageous.
3. Familiarity with HR software and tools, including HRIS and ATS systems.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
6. Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
11. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic work environment.
