The Human Resources Manager will run the daily functions of the department, including hiring and interviewing, administrative tasks, benefits, and leave enforcing company policies and practices.

> Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
Job Responsibilities:
> Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
> Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process
> Determining the selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
> Sourcing potential candidates through different channels
> Managing hiring process via Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
> Evaluating applications and screening candidates
> Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates
> Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company’s strategic planning
> Orienting new employees and training existing employees
> Monitor employee performance
> Ensuring all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
> Overseeing health and safety of all employees
> Implementing systematic staff development procedures
> Provide counseling on policies and procedures
> Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
> Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
> Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
> At least 2 years of human resource management experience is preferred
