Successful candidate will be working in a busy environment to support all areas of the businesses systems and IT solutions/applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
· Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
· Highly organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Zoho applications and other common business applications.
· Good problem-solving skills with first-hand experience of dealing with technology and resolving issues with IT hardware.
Exposure to Zoho One Platforms
Qualifications:
· Degree in Computing Science or something relative.
· Significant experience within the IT department and IT roles.
