Ericsson Looking for IT Product Owner at Bengaluru, Karnataka Full Time

About this opportunity!

We are now looking for a IT Solution Integrator, who will be responsible for analyzing, creating and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the customers! In this role, you will also be accountable for providing profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, and technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions, and proposals. The role considers also analyzing, preparing, implementing and testing configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system.

Your scope of work could include the scenarios of crafting and developing the connectivity and IT infrastructure, writing test cases, installation, configuration, deployment of the solution. Your role will be about a continuous contribution to the delivery process enhancement.

What you will do!

a. Design and implementation of Active Directory environments

b. Responsible for innovation roadmaps, maintenance scheduling, life cycle management, and capacity management for the Citrix /Citrix Cloud environments and related dependent technologies

c. Primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and support of solutions related to Citrix/Citrix Cloud projects and initiatives

d. Makes architectural and operational recommendations

e. Provide Guide Level support for incidents, investigations, running forensics tools and event documentation/reporting

f. Develop and maintain all technical schematics, Functional & Design Specifications, Installation Qualifications, and test plans

g. Windows OS updates, patching and security remediation

h. Administer Citrix NetScaler appliance, NetScaler Gateway policies and configurations, virtual server load balancing

i. Great teammate with superb communication skills and experience dealing with end users in a support and migration context

You will bring

7+ years of rich experience in Compute Infrastructure

3 – 5 years of must experience in Citrix, VDI and Virtualization services

Technical skill Required

Good technical knowledge on MS Operating System (Server 2012, Server 2016 and Windows 10)

Proven experience of Citrix XenApp and experience designing, installing, configuring, managing

Should be able to handle all aspects of design, performance-monitoring, tuning, scripting, upgrades, and maintenance of VDI systems

Advanced troubleshooting Skills of VDI environments

Citrix Profile Management

Good Knowledge in IBM Cloud Services, Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS), VMWare, Citrix XenApp, NetScaler, Network Protocols, GCP

Awareness of Licensing for various VDI environments
