What you will do
Major Responsibilities:
Utilize knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and application areas to recommend and facilitate tool improvements and/or re-engineering efforts for business-critical solutions for Enterprise customers.
Participate in an on-call rotation, providing primary incident and problem support and resolution.
Handle detailed tasks, projects, and priorities that are provided by on-shore lead.
Collaborate with business partners and other teams providing consistent communication on tools changes, upgrades, etc.
Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate Information Technology environment.
A comprehensive understanding of machine learning data pipelines.
A comprehensive understanding of Python
You will bring
Familiarity with transforming data feeds for machine learning use cases
Familiarity with monitoring and debugging tools and techniques
Familiarity working with standard change control processes in an enterprise corporate environment
Effective time, project, and program management skills
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including management of remote teams
Ability and willingness to adapt to change
