Location: Ahmedabad, Baroda (For 1 Lead Recruiter only)
Timing: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled US IT Recruiter to join our team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling the full recruitment process for Direct/MSP Clients/State Clients in the US. You will primarily focus on recruiting candidates in the domains of Health Care, Life Sciences, Banking/Financials, and E-commerce/Retail. Strong knowledge of visas, including H1B visas, is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, from requirement gathering to candidate on boarding
2. Source potential candidates from various channels, such as job portals, databases, networking, and referrals
3. Screen job applications and match them with job requirements
4. Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations
5. Evaluate candidates based on skills, functionality, domain expertise, experience, and qualifications
6. Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, fitment, and reasons for change
7. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
8. Handle contract placements, contract-to-hire (CTH) placements and full-time/permanent placements
9. Familiarity with pay rate, tax terms like C2C, 1099, and W2 for consultants
10. Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver suitable candidates
11. Negotiate and close job offers with a strong emphasis on candidate satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Required 6 months to 3 years of experience for the US IT Jr. Recruiter position, 3 to 5 years of experience for the US IT Sr. Recruiter position, and 5+ years of US IT Recruitment experience for Team Lead positions.
2. Basic understanding of IT jobs and the ability to perform Boolean searches to find keywords.
3. Strong negotiation skills and experience working with Direct/MSP/State/Federal or SI Clients/Prime Vendors.
4. Familiarity with different visa types and tax terms.
5. Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as Job Diva, Ceipal, Bull-Horn, Recruiter Box, or Jobvite.
6. Experience with job portals like Dice, CB, Monster, Indeed, and TechFetch.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any domain, preferably in IT/Computer Science. Relevant work experience or internships with a diploma or higher diploma can also be considered.
Salary:
1. US IT Jr. Recruiter – 2.40 LPA to 4.20 LPA
2. US IT Sr. Recruiter – 4.80 LPA to 6 LPA
3. US IT Lead Recruiter – Open Budget (Depending upon knowledge and experience of the candidate)
