JOB DESCRIPTION :
Support organization with Internal Hiring through LinkedIn, FB, Zoom.info.
Responsible for Handling candidates for interviews conducting and onboarding
Also, perform Recruitment for IT and Nontechnical/technical positions
Updating mandates on social sites: Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
Should have worked with Direct Clients on Various ATS models and responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle.
Strong knowledge and experience working on Business Professional requirements for Energy, Defense, and IT clients and not limited to Technical requirements.
Excellent comm skill and writing skills
Requirements :
The candidate should have a high aptitude for picking up sales and recruiting verbiage.
must have a good grasping capacity and type eloquently.
Experience:
Minimum 2+ yrs of recruiting knowledge in non-technical profiles.
Work experience in Cyber Security, Solar Energy, Oil, and Gas, Aerospace, Defense clients.
Must be ready to work in Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM)
