Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Technical Requirements:
Effective IT Troubleshooting Skills
Ability to Support a user group of 1000+
2+ years’ experience with enterprise-level support
CompTIA A+ Certification or comparable preferred
Call Center/Help Desk experience preferred
JIRA system experience a plus
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Comprehensive knowledge of current PC operating systems, printing, networking, and application
environments (mac, windows)
Effective and efficient organization and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
