Coordinate with internal stakeholders for flawless project operations
Ensure that the Project is delivered on time without any deviation to the project scope and Budget.
Create and maintain Project Documents
Use appropriate Scrum metrics to measure and showcase the project progress.
Training, mentoring, and supporting teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience serving as scrum master on 3 or more scrum teams.
Experience working with Product Owner to understand the product roadmap priorities, and schedules to guide the scrum team.
Experience ensuring teams maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery of business value. experience with core PM tools including Jira, Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft SharePoint, Windows SharePoint Services, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Professional (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Access, etc.), and others.
Work effectively as a member of a team and independently; perform work effectively with minimal supervision.
Maintain a high degree of customer/client / sponsor satisfaction while also maintaining necessary project controls.
Helping teams anticipate impediments and provide solution.
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
Preferred:
Experience in Telecom Domain is mandatory.
CSM or PSM / SAFe Certification preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
Excellent people and project co-ordination skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
