Role: Manager – Sales for UiPath / RPA
Division/Department: IT
Work Location: Bhyandar, Thane
Reporting To: Vice President – IT
Shift Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM IST (Flexible to work between 11 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST)
Total Experience: 10-15+ Years with relevant IT Sales experience
Age: 35+
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any stream,
Bachelor of Engineering (BE) with MBA is Recommended

Domain Skills:
1. Should be well versed with latest technologies viz. AI/ML, RPA, ASP.NET, Python, PHP, iOS and Android Mobile development platforms, Data Analytics, etc. along with IT Staffing and Systems Integration expertise.
2. Successful track record of consultative strategic sales with all types of prospects,strong background in mid to large account planning and expansion, understanding both the direct and channel sales landscape.
3. Candidate should have excellent sales experience of minimum 10+ years in AI/ML, RPA products & services. Experience in selling UiPath licenses & implementations Software products, Software Services, Off shore, onshore, off site software staffing System Integration Business vertical
4. Candidate should have experience of managing Sales and Marketing Team, Project Management, etc.
5. Candidate should have experience of building, leading and managing a team of salespeople within an organization and with partners.
6. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
7. Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Publish go-to-market strategy, set up product positioning for target Customers and End users to own and achieve Business Revenue goals.
2. Understand customers business to be able to explore automation opportunities
3. Setup adequate Sales Organization for India and US operations
4. Offer necessary product knowledge and technical expertise translating into successful sales.
5. Coordinate with sales team to develop selling tools for presentations, demos and trade shows.
6. Prepare and Present proposals, Solution Documents, quotations, Construct sales pitches, etc. for prospective clients and lead the Pre-Sales and Post Sales Activities.
7. Assist sales through calls, web based presentations or personal meetings to maintain product positioning and strategies
8. Handle in-depth knowledge of products and technologies, competitors and market conditions.
9. Conduct workshops / trainings for team members to educate on latest technology products, market trends, etc.
10. Be a single point of contact for addressing queries from existing and prospective clients. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
11. Coordinate with delivery team and ensure successful Project execution.
12. Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
13. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions on weekly basis.
14. Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

Salary: ₹1,800,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
