Knowledge and skills:
Must have good knowledge of J2EE App servers – WebSphere and JBOSS
Must have good understanding of Oracle or SQL Server Databases. Should be able to write complex SQL queries. Knowledge on Stored Procedures is preferred
Must have knowledge of database stats and parameters to enhance the database performance (Oracle or SQL Server)
Must have knowledge of Linux and Windows OS to understand the OS related issues
Having understanding of LDAP, Active Directory and SSO would be an additional advantage
Should be able to review logs and should have Application Server and Database Server related debugging skills and analytical skills
Should have production support exposure or should be OK to work on Production support assignments
Ready to work in rotational shifts and challenging environment
Fluent in written and spoken English
