Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand User Stories well.
• Understanding technical models against each story and module
• writing test cases for each story considering all scenarios before development completion
• Test 7-8 Stories a week against all test cases and ensure product quality end-to-end
• Collaborate on presales activities, creating BRDs based on customer requirements.
• Engage with customers for feedback and address concerns.
• Assist in solution design and identify product gaps.
• Manage product cost budgeting and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, user stories, and use cases.
• Coordinate with design and QA teams for feature development and launches.
• Analyze product metrics and strategize improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to define and prioritize product features.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of Experience in Logistics Domain
• Proven work experience in software development or software quality assurance
• Understand what User stories and Test Plans are
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process and tools such as Microsoft Azure board.
• You should be cross-functional. Work closely with the Product Manager, Director of Engineering and with developers.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting will be preferred.
• Experience with performance and security testing is a plus
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Must-Have:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Logistics Domain; proven experience in software QA, including white box and black box testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools; hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum process, solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.

Should Have:

• Understanding of User Stories, technical models, and writing comprehensive test cases.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure board; cross-functional collaboration with product managers and developers.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with performance and security testing.
• Ability to test 7-8 stories a week against all scenarios to ensure end-to-end product quality.

• Gurgaon (Onsite)
