We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our Domestic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Company in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the IT operations of our organization, including dialer management, team management, IT networking, IT security, IT infrastructure management, and IT policy deployment. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology systems, optimizing performance, and safeguarding data integrity. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the company’s dialer system, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
Lead and supervise a team of IT hardware & networking professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Design, implement, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking equipment, servers, workstations, and other IT assets.
Ensure the security of data, systems, and networks by implementing and monitoring effective security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, access controls, and data backups.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT and recommend appropriate technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IT requirements and provide timely solutions and support.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with IT vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of services.
Manage IT budgets and expenses, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues and provide technical support to end-users.
Qualifications And Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the BPO industry.
Strong knowledge of Dialer Management, IT Networking, IT Security, IT Infrastructure management.
Proficiency in Network administration, System administration, and Troubleshooting.
Experience with managing and maintaining dialer systems, such as predictive dialers.
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
Excellent Leadership And People Management Skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Updated knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL) are desirable.
