Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate – IT Support First line technician
Responsibilities:
Second and tertiary level IT support for enterprise datacenters and technical service systems
Delivery of excellent service to consumers (internal and external)
Responsible for adhering to SLA’s and communication protocols
Onsite support as needed for Deployments/Changes/Projects
Analyze/Resolve incidents in global Production/Test/development Environment
Proactive monitoring of the Datacenters and resources within, running all systems and report issues
24×7 on call support as needed
SOX and GxP compliance fulfillment
Project participation and application management
Local premises knowledge understanding of manufacturing plant and warehouse is required for this position – Network patching, switch placement etc.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications:
Specifically knowledgeable in Microsoft, VmWare and EMC storage environment
Expert knowledge and skills on Cisco technology, preferably certified.
Knowledge and skills supporting of Data Center services
Knowledge and skills supporting Cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google)
Must have a minimum year’s experience supporting large Cisco environments
Must have hands on experience with Databases (preferably MS SQL)
Must have knowledge of Monitoring tools (like PA Monitor, SCOM, Solarvinds Dell insight, etc.,)
Strong troubleshooting skills to triage issues related to applications
Must be able to engage in problem-solving skills to help identify and solve potential issues
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field, certification on above product lines considered a plus
Languages:
Fluently English, and preferably Swedish
Coverage:
08:00-17:00 CET, on site other times 24/7 on call by demand.
Preferred qualifications:
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
