Glowvell Inc. Looking for Technical Support Engineer at Ludhiana, Punjab Full Time

A Technical Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.

You’ll also have to work as an AUTOCAD operator which include understanding written and verbal instructions, drafting technical drawings and blueprints, implementing feedback from engineers and architects, visiting sites, keeping up-to-date with CAD software, and working long hours to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
