KRA:

1. Should be well versed with IEC, PQS and IS standards preferably related to home appliances (Refrigerator, AC, Washing machine, MWO etc), compressors.
2. Should be well versed with Different Test Procedures and methods related to safety, performance and reliability for above mentioned home appliances.
3. Able to create records of tests as per international levels.
4. Should be well versed with NABL accreditation and related protocols.
5. Should be able to create/enhance internal Lab set up

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead System Integration in for appliances categories. ( Refrigerators, Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, Medical Refrigerators, Thermoelectric products)
2. Responsible for EMI/EMC/Environmental validation.
3. Responsible for creating best practices & share with the team members.
4. Should work closely with different R & D functions and discuss needs and measures related to Approbation to be considered in product at design stages.
5. Keep track on changes in standards /certifications requirements and update it to respective functions,
6. Work with external labs for safety, performance and reliability of the product.
7. Keep track/study of requirements of domestic and international (country-wise) requirements.
8. Developing systems integration strategy for complex product solutions involving compute, network and storage
9. Scope and plan efficiently system integration projects tasks with cross functional team members to ensure delivery wrt each tollgate.
10. Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
11. Analyze and define with System ,Hardware and Software on integration requirements and specification
12. Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices
13. Install and configure products, based on specification, and carry out test and validation activities (from internal testing through to customer acceptance and mass production)
14. Creates integration proof points and communicates them to internal and external stakeholders timely basis.
15. Contribute to Roadmap on SW & HW platform strategy by providing system integration related input during technical reviews and by supporting validation tests.
16. Collaborate with cross function to improve interoperability of the products.
17. Establish domain expertise with hands-on hardware and software integration.
18. Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions.
19. Build reports and/or data extracts to support business analysis.
20. Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.
21. Respond to system integration related support requests and technical queries from HW/ SW System teams.
22. Enhancing system integration, technology, databases, programming techniques & provides mentoring to other team members.
23. Conducting end to end Verification and Validation of the product(s) / product line(s)

Qualifications Required:

Essential

• B.E. Electronics /Electricals with 10 to 15 years working experience
• Must have deep knowledge of different standards, various certifications, Test criteria, method and procedures and able to record test result as per international standards.

Preferred

• M.E./ M. Tech in Electronics /Electricals with relevant background.
• Certificate in Design for reliability, Design for Safety.
• Courses/training done on different certifications related to approbation

Work Experience Required:

Essential

• Must have solid track experience & deep knowledge of different standards, various certifications, Test criteria, method and procedures and able to record test result as per international standards.

Preferred

• Experience in international certifications Labs or experience of approbation lead in MNCs.

Special Skills Required:

• Well versed with instruments and products and certifications .
