Education-Engineer graduate in CSC/ IT/EC
Candidates should have experience towards Data centre, Network Security, internal IT exposure ,Post sales customer support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a lead support role. The person is responsible for handling all activities involved post sales includes installations, configuring and supporting the solutions provided to our customers, on site or remotely.
Main Responsibilities:
Technical Skill-
Hands ON Experience in TCP/IP & UDP protocols.
Hands ON Experience in static and dynamic routing (RIP, BGP, OSPF) protocols
Network DevOps Engineering experience with strong Linux/Unix system administrator skills
Experience in Authentication servers and its integration between other devices (routers, switches, etc.) like (LDAP, TACACS, Kerberos, Active Directory)
Experience with Orchestration tools (e.g. Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.) is good to have
Experience in managing a ticketing system

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
