Job Description:
Assist in the development of new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction

Implement renewals and upgrade schedules for company software programs

Ensure that employees are following computer usage policies, information security and privacy maintained

Monitor IT infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary requirements

Support on the needs of in-house IT experts, remote employees, vendors and contractors

Protect customer data from outside infiltration through encryption and secure data storage

Support network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs

Administer contingency plans that will keep the organization functional in the event of a crisis

Implement methods for upgrading network software programs
