Experience : 6 Months to 2.5 Years

Qualification : Any graduate

Salary Range : As per Industry Standard

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different departments

Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff

Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible

Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references

Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Performing reference and background Verification.

Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy

Conducting various games & celebration activities, engagement activities, employee recognition acts.

Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers complete joining formalities.

Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:
6 Months of experience in Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, Job Portals, etc).

Experience in IT & Non IT recruitment.

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Strong ethics and reliability.

Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus
