Responsibilities:

Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Foster a collaborative environment within the organisation.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Arrange a meeting for prospective clients with the top management of your company.
