The Honeywell Infrastructure Engineering and Cloud Automation Team currently consists of passionate engineers who strive to demonstrate excellence in the field of Software Development. We are not only responsible for the uptime of the various product services and backend services, but a large portion of the job is to innovate. The IT CMDB Analyst is responsible for administering and executing the configuration management process and ensuring CMDB data integrity. This role works closely with the IT Service Now System Admin and all process owners within IT.

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end cloud-based applications and workloads (Azure experience is preferred)
• Reviews and prioritizes all proposed Network and Cloud initiatives including cost/benefit analysis, scalable strategy, resource requirements, budget and controllership issues, and roll-out strategy.
• Partners with other business leaders and the IT team to help define strategic vision for analytical environment(s) that meet business needs while working to identify cost-out and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, to define migration requirements, establish goals, and develop plans.
• Coordination with technical teams, managing dependencies, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with strong analytical skills and organizational skills
• Experience leading, steering and mentoring multi-discipline virtual technical teams in a multi-cultural and multi-vendor environment, working with teams spread across various geographical locations.
• Ability to prioritize work efforts to meet deadlines and work effectively in a large team environment.
• Ability to evaluate information quickly, look beyond the information, gather appropriate facts, and evidence and explore potential root causes before a conclusion is made.
• Ability to lead discussions in a constructive way with clear goals, deliverables, documented agreements and follow-up actions.
• Ability to interact professionally under pressure with a wide range of customers, from end-users and IT staff to management and external service providers.
• Experience in developing and executing complex migration strategies and plans, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

Must Have

• Minimum 8+ years of customer IT leadership experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with public Cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Minimum 5+ years of Datacenter and or Hybrid Cloud
• Experience building and managing agile delivery teams
• Experience in a professional services consulting role is a plus
• Experience with DevOps a plus
• Experience with data platform technologies a plus
• 4+ years of experience supporting mission-critical platforms, both physical and virtualized environments.
• 4+ years of experience designing, building and managing large-scale infrastructure in Azure, including experience leveraging one or more coding languages for automation.
• Knowledge of networking components and concepts including subnets, DMZs, routers, switches, and firewalls
• A self-starter demonstrating an ability to transition in technology, lead and guide architecture, and thoughtfully solve problems
• Support internal and external audits related to SOX, ISO, PCI DSS, and state compliance
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and practical application to virtualized Infrastructure (Logical compute, storage and network)
