The Enterprise Services Data Center & Networks Organization designs, implements and operates a state-of-the-art Information Systems Infrastructure serving around 110,000 employees, in over 900 locations across 65 plus countries. We work with the latest and emerging technologies to deliver scalable, high performing, always available infrastructure services around the world. We deliver services that connect, host, virtualize, store, collaborate, integrate, compute and transact business solutions that utilizes cloud first, automation, analytics, “as a Service”, BIG data and software defined.
As a member of the Data Center Network team, you will be responsible for the Telecommunication Expense Management service owner activities by providing support on data traffic analysis, voice service analysis, financial analysis, participate in vender governance meetings, identifying productivity opportunities and driving savings, tracking progress, and manage communications with the internal customer and suppliers. In addition, this role will help drive best practices and end-to-end processes to ensure sustainability and compliance while working with cross-functional, global teams. This role will heavily utilize analytic skills – data analytics and analysis with outcomes providing useful information to Project teams and other stakeholders to help drive key IT strategies and initiatives.
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter and a change agent with experience and desire to drive the Telecommunication Expense Management process as well as provide support for business and data analytics. This will include requirements gathering, analysis, data entry, process workflows, automations, and project team reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
You Must Have:
BS and/or Master’s Degree
Knowledge of IT Hardware, Software, Data Circuit Traffic analysis and other related Telecom services- nice to have
Financial and data analysis capability
Background with cross functional role involving multiple internal departments
Excellent customer relations skills
Attention to detail
Dedication and follow through skills
Ability to make sound judgements and decisions using experience and logic
Prioritization and Management skills to navigate deliverables from multiple projects
Ability to work under pressure in order to meet customer and project timelines
Experience with large-scale enterprise / global networks in high paced diverse environment
Ability to work independently
Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office suite – Word, Excel, Visio, Smartsheets and PowerPoint
