We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Programme and Portfolio Management Lead.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for portfolio shaping and portfolio governance and portfolio health in partnership with the CyberSecurity transformation team and delivery assurance, driving adoption & adherence to agile practices within CybersSecurity. The PPM Lead has accountability for the following:
Manage the portfolio, ensuring that portfolio records are updated with accurate forecast and actual spend against the agreed budgets within agreed timnelines
Govern delivery of the portfolio of funded IT activities within Cybersecurity, including transparency over programme status
Managing the monthly Interlock cycle (including disputes)
Co-ordinate all delivery assurance activities within the portfolio, under direction of the Central PPM team and PMO
Analysis on under/over recoveries and rate card analysis, working closely with central IT COO billing team
CAM management including disputes, maintenance and reporting
Portfolio health including Pioneer vrs GPDM Recs to ensure Charges and Direct cost are inline, including alignment of BP level information across Pioneer, Clarity and GPDM
Create Clarity projects during AOP and manage the ongoing maintenance of the portfolio clarity structure, working closely with the PMO and RTB BM’s
Deliver frequent management reporting to Cyber Ops Director and various other forums (e.g.Exco) on portfolio health, interlocks, forecast accuracy and budget vs forecast
Support clarity billing queries
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Knowledge
Knowledge of programme and portfolio management, preferably acquired in a highly regulated environment and able to evidence successful delivery of multiple projects/initiatives
Understanding of risk management fundamentals.
Basic level of financial knowledge (Capex vs Opex, P&L, burn rates, forecasting, etc).
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and experience of delivery using Agile and/or DevOps methodologies
Experience
Experience working as an analyst to apply critical thinking to complex data sets to draw out articulate conclusions.
Experience in managing expectations of senior stakeholders.
General Capabilities

Ability to draw insights from data, clearly articulating any conclusions reached.
Portfolio Management Capabilities
Managing senior stakeholders.
Preparation of regular reports for consumption by senior audiences incorporating feedback received
