We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst.

Job Profile:
To transform business requirements (BRD) into functional and technical specifications (FRD) for development and QA teams

Leading impact assessments of new regulatory updates and the impact on the Primary trading system.

Undertake strategic options and assessments work to develop responses and options to respond to regulatory change.

Conducting traceability mapping & requirements analysis between regulations, rules, requirements and solution to provide an auditable view of how the system is complying with the regulations.

Designing changes to existing operating models and processes to ensure regulatory change requirements are incorporated whilst ensuring end to end banks processes are optimized.

Support implementation and execution of re-designed/ engineered processes to BAU to ensure regulatory change requirements are embedded in the bank

Support User Acceptance Testing

Interface with multiple stakeholders across legal, compliance and technology to develop appropriate requirements, processes and solutions

Developing procedures & processes for operational readiness

Requirements

7+ years’ Experienced Business Analyst with experience within Regulatory Projects.

Good knowledge of Dodd Frank, EMIR, SEC ,Volcker, MRUD, MIFID .

Knowledge of Primary Trading Systems like Global Calypso, Summit will be an added advantage.

Experience with technical aspects of testing and comfortable working with complex SQL queries.

Good understanding of xmls and java xml parsing experience.

Ability to learn new things quicker and use in Agile manner.

Exhibit good knowledge of regulatory business operations.

Exhibit good leadership skills.

Ability to multiple-task.

Ability to work between functional and technical teams
