Should have hands-on experience on Office365, outlook configuration, and other basic software installation and configuration, etc.
Hands-on experience with any one of the following OS environments: Windows/Linux/macOS
Perform user account management activities
Handle Antivirus, Backups, printers & scanner related issues.
Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists
Troubleshoot software/Hardware and basic network errors, connectivity problems (Internet, Intra-Net & VPN)
Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Ability to assemble, install, and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware and peripherals.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
