Implements Scienclogic, Microfocus & Managed Engine ITOM digital platform across the Injazat clients to ensure adoption and consumption of the ITOM digital platform as a systems integrator (SI), managed services provider (MSP) and cloud services provider (CSP)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develops the Low-level Design architecture to capture information about systems, applications, and services and start mapping out the implementation dependencies across numerous domains
Implement in co-creation with Validated Solutions team on Minimal Viable Solutions, Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and Minimal Viable Services (MVS), leading to Injazat and client investment in strategic solutions.
Design, customize, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve Technical complex issues to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with Operations & Validated solutions/Product Owners team to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Be the voice of the customer and provide field feedback to help Validated Solutions and engineering teams to shape the roadmap and to better help our customers.
Take a leading role in creation and sharing of best practices and content both to educate colleagues and to help customers to realize value faster.
Support Project Managers to Qualify, scope, plan and deliver customer facing activities.
Closely collaborates with a cross-functional teams that delivers a unique client co-creation experience to accelerate client transformation.
Works with IT Operations Management Solution Delivery team for the network, security and systems
Reviews technical designs and provides required feedback to the Validated Solutions team as well as the clients to ensure cost effective solutions are deployed
Provides coaching to other Engineers, develop skills, deepen learning, and improve performance of employees and peers
Apply knowledge of business and personal objectives to key players and get them personally committed to the success of the ITOM implementation and onboarding of clients
Collaborates with the team by establishing or recommending learning and professional and personal development opportunities
Motivates and supports the Project team.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
ITIL foundation certification
At least 10-15 years of ITOM and ITSM experience
Extensive knowledge implementing and onboarding like Science Logic, ServiceNow & Managed Engine
Experience working in scrum teams and Agile methodologies
Strong implementation knowledge of ITOM, ITSM and Auto Discovery Products
Strong implementation understanding of AIOps
Strong implementation understanding of Application Performance Monitoring and Reporting.
Strong implementation understanding of MS SQL Server.
Strong implementation understanding of Oracle DB.
Strong implementation understanding of HP-UX, Solaris, Windows Servers.
Strong implementation understanding of Network and Security advanced knowledge.
Proficient level of Service Now, Science Logic & Managed Engine
Proficient level of Microsoft SCOM and SCCM.
Proficient level of implementing & administrating of Microsoft systems (AD, Exch, ISA, Lync, etc.).
In-depth Hybrid Multi-Cloud Platform Knowledge in AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, Oracle, VMware and G42-Cloud
Knowledge of implementing operating systems Windows, Linux, and UNIX platforms ideally
Knowledge of implementing SQL, Javascript or XML programming, Python, or R is desirable
Understanding of how a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) approaches Operations to ensure that continuously delivered applications run efficiently and reliably by using software engineering and automation solutions.
Proven communication skills, fluency in English
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Standardize the current operational and administrative processes for the newly launched managed services offering
Leverage a process improvement mindset to continuously identify ways to enhance or streamline processes and create efficiencies
