Role : Talent Acquisition Specialist(Only Inhouse experience)

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Must have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates from social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
• Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
• Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.
• Candidates should have excellent communication skills
• Should have minimum 2 Year of work exp in Recruitment
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
• Managing full lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring documentation.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Looking to hire domestic IT recruiters preferably.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
