As a Project Team Lead, the person has to required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:

• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software, applications, websites and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality with QA Team
• Help the Team mates for Developing and maintaining dynamic websites
• Organising projects
• Thorough understanding of relational database MySQL or similar technologies
• Excellent coding skill in required & supporting languages. (Php, Laravel, CI, React, MySQL, Postgres) we are working with
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments
• Sending regular updates about projects status
• Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team members
• Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team member
• Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow
