Job Description – IT Support Engineer
iOrbit Digital Technologies is looking for IT Support Engineer to assist our clients with all IT related technical support issues.
Requirements
· Windows/Mac/Linux OS deployment
· Providing remote tech support
· User hardware/software/peripheral support
· Network troubleshooting and support
· Hardware procurement and asset management
· Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
· Go getter attitude.
Qualifications
· 2+ years hands-on experience supporting and running a production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
· Proven skills in PC repair, network troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
· Experience supporting one or more of: Windows MAC OS or Linux.
· Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
