Mandatory Skills
Overall Exp – 13-19 years. Technical background (.Net / Sitecore / Salesforce)
Strong towards team management. Code reviews. Strong technical background.
Should manager a team of 10-15 members.
Good with Agile and Waterfall.
Main responsibilities and key activities:
• You daily manage a team of Technical Analyst and developers in their assigned support, changes or project activities. You act as their first point-of-contact for prioritization requests; be in control of what the team is working on.
• You optimize and organize agile working procedures (support/development):
• You work jointly with your peers Manager Web Development, Manager BI, in executing our agile methodology using the Jira tool stack and in discussing priorities that enable business goals & objectives. Steer his/her team according to these priorities.
• You chair the estimation meetings for the backlog and planning meetings for the sprints.
• You drive stand-up meetings with the team.
• You watch over application-level performance.
• You work on team development and coaching: coach and mentor your staff and work with them on their development and training plans; watch over job satisfaction.
• You build a team with the right balance between internal and external resources and maintain relationships with third-party IT service providers.
• You conduct yearly appraisal meetings & half-yearly evaluation reviews.
• You give input to the Director Business Applications for salary review and bonus.
• You manage your staff for accountability and monitor team KPIs.

• Who do you direct: A team of technical analyst and developers in the domain of .NET, SiteCore, SSAS, SSIS, SQL.
Qualifications, Competences and professional knowledge:
• 15+ years of overall experience.
• 10+ years as a Manager of Technical analysts and Developers
• 5+ years as a technical analyst or developer in one of the domains .NET, SiteCore, SSAS, SSIS, Azure.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology
• You build and maintain successful teams and relationships in a hybrid work environment.
• You setup and maintain processes, procedures, and best practices for the development lifecycle.
• You have strong personnel management skills, excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and are an objective evaluator of people.
• Languages: Very good knowledge of English required.
• You have leadership skills.
• You have a proactive attitude, i.e. ‘avoid’ rather than ‘react.’
• You are result oriented.
• You have a multi-cultural sensitivity.
