Technical Support Engineer

Role : Technical Support Engineer
You must have a minimum 1 year of experience as an international support engineer with experience in enterprise ServiceDesk.
They must be at ease troubleshooting ISP connectivity, desktop, OS, VPN, authentication security remote issues over voice and chat.
