Job responsibilities:
1) To conduct and execute timely Roombr device installation, configuration and customer support at clients’ location.
2) To maintain and ensure the proper functionality of the company’s installed device on the field.
3) Ensure proper recording and closure of all leads.
4) Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
5) Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolutions.
6) Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Skills:
1) Proven working experience as a technical support engineer, IT support or a technical engineer.
2) In-depth knowledge of the product that the technician is supporting.
3) Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
4) Excellent client-facing skills.
5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
