Qualification – Technical Graduate

Experience – At least 7+ years of work experience in IT Project Management or Managed services

Job Description –

• Provide end user satisfaction strategy planning
• Manages and hires staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new team members
• Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness as per Company’s need of Business
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
• Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Strongly monitor and report the overall progress and effectively manage people utilization; take corrective action/steps whenever necessary
• Monitor TAT of supported services closely
• Manage & mitigate escalations
• Obtain feedback from users to improve quality of service delivery

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
