The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading and overseeing the delivery of IT outsourcing services to clients by collaborating with external vendors.
• Sourcing, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners/vendors.
• Engageing with clients to understand their IT outsourcing requirements and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Utilizing strong project management skills to ensure successful project delivery.
• Demonstrating an understanding of cross-border operations for seamless service delivery in international markets.
• Engaging in pre-sales discussions with potential clients, setting the scope of work for each deal.

Ideal Profile

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• You have at least 10-15 years of relevant work experience in IT operational roles.
• You possess strong experience in project management.
• You are an excellent communicator and can engage effectively with customers and external partners.
• You are familiar with international business operations and regulations.
